We started giving Levi solids at 4 months and now that he is used to eating from a spoon, he loves his food! Most everything we have given him, he has liked, except green beans. He turned his nose up to those! So far here is a tally of Levi's favorite foods:

Here are some pics we took of Levi's 1st Thanksgiving. Of course he was the center of attention as always :-) We went to Nana and Grandpa's for thanksgiving dinner then we went over to Aunt Beebe's and Uncle Larry's house. He showed off and actually held himself up while holding onto a chair. He is so alert and active right now and just wants to go everywhere. He's still not crawling, but he likes walking while we hold his hands. I think he may just skip crawling all together and go straight to walking! He is definitely going to want to be on the go all the time just like his daddy! However, we did get him to sit still long enough for a few pictures :-)
Levi has reached yet another milestone in his 6 months of life. His bottom two teeth are officially coming in! If you look closely, you can see two tiny white chompers peeking out of his gums.
We discovered Levi's teeth on Thursday when my sister was holding him. She stuck her finger in Levi's mouth so he could suck on it to ease his teething pain. All of a sudden she screamed out in pain because Levi had bit her finger! She peered inside and saw the culprit. Pretty soon he will be eating a steak. Well, maybe just cheerios :-)
I can't believe Levi is almost 6 months old! It seems like he was only a newborn for a second. He is so much fun right now though. He has been busy eating his toes, blowing bubbles and teething :-) 
On Friday night we dressed Levi up like a sweet pea and took him around to visit our families. He was such a trooper and didn't even mind the hat! We started out at Johnny's sister, Larisa's apartment so she and her friends could see him. Then we were off to McAlisters to meet Johnny's parents for dinner. After that we went to surprise my dad at Dillards where he works and then we went to my aunt and uncles and my mom was over there. whew, levi had a busy night! Friday was Levi's 5 month birthday. It's hard to believe hes almost halfway to a year! Every week he is doing something new. It's funny how when you have a baby, the smallest things are so exciting. Like last week, he discovered that he had a thumb and he hasn't been able to keep it out of his mouth ever since! And on Friday we gave Levi sweet potatoes for the first time and he LOVED them. It was so funny, he had them ALL over his face, clothes and there was even a little bit in his ear :-) Here are some pics of me and Aunt Lissie feeding Levi (so you can see that I am not exaggerating.)
I love going through old pictures. In fact, I think I could spend an entire day looking at pictures, just reliving memories. Yesterday while we were at the Wohlgemuth's I found some REALLY old pictures. This is pretty cool. Here's 3 generations of Wohlgemuth boys...
